Refund policy

At Stateside, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

1. Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • We do not offer exchanges, meaning you cannot swap the item for the same product in a different color and/or size.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or personal use reasons (see specific products in the store).

Special Return Conditions

Due to the intimate nature of some products, there are specific conditions for their return. All items must be in the same condition as when they were sent, unopened, unused, and with original tags or intact packaging. Below are the return conditions for some of our products:

  • Swimwear: Can be returned only if the protective sticker is intact and the product is in the same condition as purchased.

  • Underwear (Panties): Returns are not allowed.

  • Stockings, tights, and socks: Returns are not allowed.

  • Packs and sets: Items sold as packs or sets cannot be returned individually. Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.

  • Special packaging and accessories: Items with special packaging (cases, boxes, etc.) or additional accessories (cases, belts, brooches, etc.) must be returned with them and in their original condition.

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer service through the online store. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns within mainland Spain are free of charge.

  • Returns from the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, and Portugal must be paid for by the customer.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • The refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
